DR. RACHAEL NYABADZA was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, attending the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies before moving to the east coast to attend Yale University. At Yale, Dr. Nyabadza earned her doctorate degree and discovered her love for the art of teaching. She then relocated to sunny southern California to teach history at Pacifica Christian High School. After many rewarding years in the classroom, Dr. Nyabadza became Pacifica’s Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She is passionate about guiding teachers to excellence in their craft and implementing curriculum that leads students to “think and live well.”
